Now I’m thrilled to announce the release of «(Sigh) My Man» under the banner of my solo project Mallacy. I wrote the song’s music when I was 14 years old and I found the counterpart 10 years later with Julia’s touching lyrics and wonderful vocal melody. Eventually we recorded it for our 2015 debut album «While I’m Listening To My Breath».
Since I started to create my own solo music, I had the vision to re-record the song in a different arrangement. I’m happy to have had Julia and Marc contributed to the recording as well. Especially Marc’s brilliant groovy bass parts gave the final touch to the new version.»
